Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 19, 2026

1. Who We Are

Great West Auto (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a Nevada-licensed interstate motor carrier (USDOT 3067808, MC-59119) headquartered at 871 Coronado Center Dr, Suite 200, Henderson, NV 89052. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information submitted through greatwest-auto.com (the “Site”).

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you enter when submitting a shipper inquiry or driver application through the Site’s forms. This may include:

  • Contact details: name, company name, phone number, and email address.
  • Shipment details: origin, destination, vehicle count, program type, shipment frequency, requested timing, operability, equipment or onboarding requirements, and notes (shippers).
  • Driving qualifications: CDL state, years of experience, and endorsements (driver applicants).
  • Employment history: current employer and any notes you choose to include.

When available, we automatically capture bounded attribution information—the landing page path, referring website hostname, and campaign parameters included with the link—and attach it only if you submit a shipper inquiry.

Our public Site forms do not request payment information, Social Security numbers, driver’s license or CDL numbers, or copies of government-issued identification. If a driver application moves forward, we may request required license information later through a separate secure onboarding process.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit solely to:

  • Respond to your shipper or driver inquiry.
  • Provide you with a rate quote or schedule a follow-up call.
  • Understand which Site page or campaign led to a shipper inquiry.
  • Evaluate driver applications and contact qualified applicants.
  • Comply with applicable federal motor carrier regulations.

We do not use your information for marketing to unrelated third parties, and we do not build advertising profiles from your submissions.

4. Data Storage and Security

Information submitted through our public forms is processed using service providers that support the Site, including cloud hosting, database, and email delivery services. Data sent between your browser and the Site is encrypted in transit using HTTPS. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

5. Data Retention

We retain submitted information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to inquiries, evaluate driver applications, maintain appropriate business records, and meet legal or regulatory obligations. The retention period varies based on the type of record, our ongoing business needs, and applicable requirements.

6. Cookies, Analytics, and IP Addresses

This Site does not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking pixels, or analytics that identify individual visitors. We use Vercel’s privacy-focused page analytics, which collects aggregate metrics such as page views and referrers without setting cookies, fingerprinting visitors, or building advertising profiles.

We may temporarily process IP addresses for the limited purpose of preventing form abuse (rate limiting). The Site converts that identifier into a one-way derived key before a time-limited counter is stored by our infrastructure provider. The counter is not linked to submitted form data or used for marketing.

The homepage capacity gateway uses temporary same-tab browser storage to carry quote details, and the Site uses the same type of storage for first-touch attribution. The quote draft is removed when the contact form reads it; remaining session data is cleared when the tab session ends. If that storage is unavailable, the capacity gateway uses a one-time in-memory transfer during navigation instead of placing the draft in the page address.

7. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • With service providers (e.g., cloud hosting, email delivery) under confidentiality agreements who assist us in operating the Site.
  • As required by law, regulation, or valid legal process (e.g., subpoena or FMCSA audit).
  • To protect the rights, property, or safety of Great West Auto, our customers, or the public.

8. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you submitted by contacting us at the address below. We will respond within 30 days. Note that some records may be retained to comply with legal or regulatory obligations even after a deletion request.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
