  • DOT physical per 49 CFR § 391.41
  • Pre-employment and random drug & alcohol testing per 49 CFR Part 382
  • Live Scan fingerprinting where state law requires (CA: BCIA 8016)

Claims Process

If damage occurs in transit, we handle it directly — no broker in the middle.

  1. 1.Note damage on the BOL at delivery before the driver leaves.
  2. 2.Email admin@greatwest-auto.com with photos, BOL, and contact details within 24 hours.
  3. 3.Acknowledgment within one business day, claims contact assigned.
  4. 4.Resolution timeline communicated within five business days.
