USDOT 3067808 · MC-59119 · DEALER PROGRAMS

Dealer vehicle transport, run by the people who own the trucks.

Dealer-to-dealer moves, inventory relocation, and auction-to-lot delivery on owned Cottrell multi-car haulers. Recurring weekly lanes or one-off moves — quoted by dispatch, not a broker.

What dealer accounts get with us

  • Direct contact with the dispatcher who controls the truck — not a 1-800 broker line.
  • Owned Cottrell multi-car haulers. No subcontracting, no double-brokering, no surprise re-assignments.
  • Photo inspection on every unit, every load. BOL discipline is non-negotiable.
  • COI issued in your dealership's name within one business day of request.
  • Recurring weekly or bi-weekly programs available for standing lanes.
  • Single point of contact for claims, scheduling, and after-hours follow-up.

Common dealer questions

Can you set up a recurring lane for our dealership?

Yes. Most of our dealer accounts run on standing weekly or bi-weekly schedules — predictable pickup days, the same driver pool, consistent rates. Contact dispatch with origin, destination, and typical volume, and we'll quote a recurring program.

How do you handle Certificates of Insurance (COI) for our dealership?

We issue a COI naming your dealership as certificate holder upon contract execution, typically within one business day. Auto liability, motor truck cargo, and general liability coverage exceeds FMCSA 49 CFR Part 387 minimums. Underwritten by MS Transverse through MDX Insurance Services.

What's the pickup and delivery workflow?

Pickup: 360° photo inspection of every unit on every load, odometer, fuel level, and condition annotations attached to the BOL. Loading per the Cottrell SOP and 49 CFR Part 393 Subpart I. Delivery: photo match against the pickup record before sign-off. No broker between us and your lot manager.

Do you offer volume pricing?

Yes. Multi-vehicle loads and committed lanes price differently than one-off moves. The more predictable the volume, the tighter the rate. Talk to dispatch about your monthly footprint and we'll structure something that works for both sides.

Are your drivers company employees or owner-operators?

All drivers operate under our authority as employees of Great West Auto Inc. We do not subcontract dealer loads to outside owner-operators, and we do not broker freight to other carriers. Your load stays with us from pickup to delivery.
