Can you support a recurring vehicle-transport lane?
Yes, subject to lane fit and available capacity. Send the origins, destinations, expected unit volume, vehicle mix, and required pickup windows so dispatch can evaluate a repeat schedule.
What information is needed for a fleet quote?
Provide origin and destination locations, estimated unit count, vehicle types and condition, requested timing, site hours, access restrictions, and any release or reference numbers required at pickup.
Can you handle both batch moves and individual priority units?
Multi-car equipment is used for eligible batch moves. Hotshot equipment may fit certain individual, oversized, or inoperable units. Dispatch confirms equipment fit and availability before accepting the move.
Is Great West acting as the carrier or as a transport broker?
Great West accepts and dispatches transportation under its own FMCSA motor-carrier authority. The scope, equipment assignment, and operating requirements are confirmed directly with Great West dispatch.
What shipment updates and documentation are available?
Dispatch provides shipment status directly. Pickup, delivery, BOL, reference-number, and reporting requirements should be agreed during onboarding so the operating workflow matches your program.
