Common auction-transport questions
Which auctions do you pick up from?
Manheim, Copart, IAA, and ADESA locations across the western US and along our long-haul lanes nationwide. Our drivers are familiar with gate-pass workflows, lot-runner protocols, and yard hours at the major auction operators.
How quickly can you pick up after a vehicle sells?
On standing-capacity lanes (NV, CA, AZ, UT) we can often pick up within 24–48 hours of gate release. Longer-haul moves depend on the next truck running that lane. Contact dispatch with the auction location, lot number, and gate-release date for a firm pickup window.
Do you handle both buy-side and sell-side moves?
Yes. We move vehicles into auctions for sellers ahead of the sale date, and out of auctions for buyers after gate release. Same equipment, same crew, same authority.
What if there's pre-existing damage at the auction yard?
Every unit is photographed at pickup — exterior 360°, odometer, fuel level, and condition annotations attached to the BOL before the truck leaves. If damage existed prior to our custody, the pickup record proves it. We do not accept liability for pre-existing conditions documented at pickup.
Can you handle inoperable or oversized vehicles?
Inoperable units that can be winched onto the trailer — yes, with advance notice. Oversized or non-standard moves typically go on our RAM 5500 hotshot units. Tell dispatch the make/model and condition, and we'll route the right equipment.
